Daniel T. Manning

Dan Manning concentrates his practice in all facets of real estate, corporate, and commercial transactions. Dan advises businesses, financial institutions, and individuals on purchase and sale transactions, real estate development involving the use of incentives, lending, land use and zoning, corporate governance issues, and general commercial disputes.

Prior to joining the firm, Dan represented local government entities in public finance transactions and municipal tax disputes. He also has  worked with Park Central Development Corporation, a non-profit corporation focused on urban revitalization in the 17th Ward of the City of St. Louis, the U.S. Attorney’s Office – Eastern District of Missouri, and the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis.
