Joy D. McMillen

Joy McMillen leads the firm’s employment law practice, and has represented public and private employers, business owners, entrepreneurs, and corporate and individual clients with respect to employment-related matters for more than twenty (20) years. She represents clients in employment-related litigation filed in federal and state court and before administrative agencies, including the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the United States Department of Labor, and the Missouri Commission on Human Rights. She also advises clients on employment-related matters, and is a featured speaker and publisher of employment related articles in continuing legal education courses sponsored by the Missouri Bar Association. She is AV Preeminent rated with Martindale-Hubbell Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers.
