Michael Doster is a member of the firm’s business, real estate, and estate planning practice group. Over the course of his career, he has been a member of and had leadership roles in many civic, service, trade, and charitable organizations. Currently, he limits his active involvement to organizations which promote community and economic development.

  • Represented one of the largest privately owned retail developers in the country in planning and zoning and development of shopping center properties
  • Represented a Chicago-based high-end shopping center developer in the development of a lifestyle center that was the first of its kind in the St. Louis metropolitan area
  • Represented residential developers (including local and national single family, multi-family, and senior living developers)
  • Represented local, regional, national and international service and manufacturing businesses
  • Developed new municipal planning and zoning ordinances to provide for the development of a large-scale mixed-use development
  • Led a team of attorneys in a transaction that resulted in the sale of a majority interest in a highly successful international marketing firm to a hedge fund
  • Led a team of attorneys in the sale of related biotechnology companies to an international public pharmaceutical company
