Gayle Evans, Of Counsel, has been in the private practice of law for over 35 years, with an emphasis in estate planning, business law, and employee benefits. She serves as general counsel to business clients, with specific expertise in implementing employee benefit plans, including employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs). Gayle provides estate planning for individual clients and business owners. She is a frequent speaker at national tax seminars and writes on estate planning and employee benefits topics. In addition, she has been a faculty member and speaker at the American Law Institute-American Bar Association for more than ten years.
