Alec Moen is a principal at Doster Nations Ullom & Boyle, LLC and concentrates his practice in the areas of business law, estate planning, and real estate. Alec advises small business and non-profit clients on corporate, contractual and transactional matters. He assists families and individuals in developing their estate plans. Alec also advises landlords on leasing matters, and buyers and sellers on real estate transactions and financing.
Alec is a board member of iTNGateway, a nonprofit which provides transportation services to seniors and adults with developmental disabilities in St. Charles and St. Louis Counties. Prior to joining the firm, Alec interned with Judge Raymond W. Gruender of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit and a number of religious non-profit organizations. While in law school, Alec served as an editor of the Washington University Law Review and as a research assistant for Professor John D. Inazu.
